Big Country were one of the few truly awesome live outfits to have survived the roller coaster ride of the mad
Eighties and come through wiser and stronger, their star burning brighter than ever. In May 2000 the band embarked on their "Final
Fling" tour of the UK. They had never sounded so good and the audience as fervent as ever. This concert is the final date of the
tour at their spiritual home of Glasgow's Barrowlands.

The promotional music video was still a relatively new phenomenon and many bands were beginning to realise the power of the medium. Our selection ranges from big budget classics such as 'Two Tribes' and 'Poison Arrow', to the sheer simplicity of 808 state and the genuine innovation of Godley & Creme's 'Cry', one of the most influential and copied videos of the past twenty five years. Your host is the well-known British broadcaster, writer and Art Of Noise founder, Paul Morley. Paul presents a sometimes irreverent but always informative trip around the musical hot spots of London. The DVD also features band profiles and a new 5:1 mix.

Ronnie (Joe Mullaney - Taggart) and Will (Vincent Friell - Trainspotting) are two free-wheeling lads living on a housing estate in Edinburgh. Broke and bored, the two decide to politely rob coachloads of tourists travelling through the Highlands for a bit of cash. Donning a wolf and a clown mask and armed with a puffer gun shooting out curry powder, the duo soon become a hit with the tourists and the public alike. As the two follow in the great tradition of Robin Hood and Rob Roy, their exploits make them a tourist attraction bigger than the Loch Ness Monster. But not everyone is a fan the local police are closing in on them, assisted by a vacationing CIA agent (Ned Beatty - Deliverance, Network). Featuring an infectious soundtrack by Big Country and stunning Highlands scenery, this much-loved film is a thoroughly enjoyable gem.
